RCS28 PRO Chain Sharpener
Sharpening chains can sometimes feel like more work than the cutting itself. That’s why we introduced the RCS28 PRO chain sharpener. It’s designed to make sharpening as simple and hands-off as possible, especially if you’re running through multiple chains in a day.
The sharpener also comes with 2 ceramic grinding discs (150 x 16 x 4 mm & 150 x 16 x 6.4 mm) and a tool kit, to aid in assembly and set up.

The RCS28 PRO is a fully automated sharpener. Once you’ve fine tuned the settings to match your chain, the PRO’s grinding head automatically swivels between left and right cutters and depth gauges (rakers), so the chains cutting teeth are sharpened in one cycle, no need to remove the chain or pivot the grinding head mid-cycle. It’s a true single-touch solution for sharpening your chains from start to finish. Then, follow up with the depth gauge (rakers) grinding cycle as required.
With a cycle time of just a few minutes, the RCS28 PRO quickly restores the cutting edges on your chains, delivering consistent, precise results on every tooth.
The pusher arm automatically advances the chain tooth by tooth, letting the grinding disc handle sharpening without manual effort. And the included stop clamp ensures worry-free sharpening by automatically turning off the machine once the sharpening cycle has completed.
Powered by a 12V battery (not included) for maximum portability, the RCS28 PRO keeps your chains sharp wherever your work takes you. Whether you’re cutting firewood, maintaining trails, or working on demanding job sites, the RCS28 PRO delivers factory-level sharpening performance.
